Are all your clothes secondhand?

Our clothing items are all pre-owned. The majority of items have been worn - some for decades and others just a few times. There might occasionally be items that still have tags on them but we don’t order new clothing inventory for our shop.

How can I buy your products?

Visit our shop located in the Little Bohemia neighborhood of Omaha, Nebraska. We do not sell online or via social media. We are open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at 11am. Find us at 1404 S. 13th Street in the red brick building (formerly the Prague Hotel).

How can I become a vendor?

You can fill out our Vendor Application here. Please give us 3-7 days to review. It’s possible that all our Vendor spots are full. As our shop is small, we have to be very selective. We still encourage you to fill out the form to get in line on our waitlist or do a pop-up outside of our shop at an upcoming event. We’d love to connect with you and see what we can work out.

Difference between a Closet Clean Out and being a Vendor?

Closet Clean Outs are best suited for people who have some amazing items in their closet but aren’t resellers nor have a personal brand. With Closet Clean Outs, we provide tags and do the heavy lifting so the sales split is 50/50. This is typically a one time thing for someone looking to get some money for quality items in their closet that they are ready to part with!

Vendor spots are for resellers who do this either part-time or full-time, typically with the intention of staying with us for at least 3-6 months. They pay a higher rent but get a better commission split which is more suited for volume. Vendors restock often and are involved in helping spread the word about 1404. In return, they get featured on our vendor page and social media channels. They gain experience and exposure in the industry that will help them build their brand.

What’s your return policy?

All of our items are final sale. Please thoroughly inspect your desired items before purchasing to ensure they are up to your standard. As our inventory is secondhand and vintage - there will likely be signs of wear from the years of love. Each person’s standard for secondhand varies. We do our best to keep our inventory clean, stain free and tear free. If something out-of-the-ordinary happens, please contact us - 1404collective@gmail.com

Are you hiring in-store workers?

Is there parking nearby?

Yes! There is free street parking on 13th street and Williams street. There is also a free lot east of Dundee Bank and a free lot behind Fizzy’s to the west. A few spots are for residents so be mindful of signage.
