Our monthly ‘Open Buying’ events are ideal for someone who has some amazing pieces in their closet that are ready to find their next home and you’d like to earn some money for these quality items!

  3. Bring Items To Appointment

  4. We Look Through Items At Appointment

  5. Accept or Decline 30% Offer for ‘Yes’ Items

  6. Get Paid via PayPal on Spot

  7. Take Home Remaining ‘No’ Items

Step 1.
Prepare Your Items.

To keep our limited hangers stocked with quality and intentionally curated inventory, we limit 20 items per person.

All clothing must be laundered, free of pet hair, free of smoke smells, etc.

Step 2.
Book Appointment.

There are only appointments during open buying days which are typically 1-2 days of the month. If you can’t make your appointment, please cancel it so we aren’t waiting on you to show up and someone else can take your spot.

Step 3.
Bring Your Items To Appointment.

Bring in up to 20 of your best clothing items and up to 5 accessories to your appointment. It’s common that we are busy during your drop off so we recommend bringing items in a recyclable container that can be left such as a cardboard box or paper grocery bags. We know they might wrinkle a little but please fold them nicely to minimize steaming time.

Step 4.

We’ll look through your items.

After you drop off your laundered items, we will inspect your items and determine which items we want to buy. This will take 20-45 minutes depending on how busy we are. You can shop around or leave but please return during the hour.

Step 5.

Accept or Decline Offer

After we look through all items, we will create an offer for them. We will buy your items at 30% of our estimated resale price. At this point, you can accept or decline any items.

We will send you a PayPal for the items we want to buy so make sure to have a PayPal account.
